The Skill Development Council Karachi (SDC) is a leading organization, established by the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Government of Pakistan in 1995, under the National Training Ordinance-1980, later amended by the Ordinance-2002. The Skill Development Council Karachi is successfully providing technical and vocational training across Pakistan to bridge the gap between education and employment. It operates as an employer-led, autonomous body, working independently specializing in demand-driven and industry-specific training programs across Pakistan.
In collaboration with top institutions, SDC Karachi not only offers value-added certifications but also provides consultancy and implementation services that are specifically designed to meet the evolving needs of the job market. Moreover, with a strong focus on technical education and skills development, the Skill Development Council Karachi has empowered over 125,000 individuals, providing training that significantly enhances employability and professional growth.
