Muhammad Saqib is a NeuroSomatic Trainer, Life Coach and Author who has dedicated his life to exploring the infinite potential of the human mind. As the Founder of The Human Excellence Associates, his mission is to help individuals and organizations awaken their inner excellence to think better, feel deeper and live consciously.

Over the past decade, Saqib has trained, coached and inspired thousands across Pakistan and abroad, guiding them through the science of mind transformation, emotional mastery and conscious leadership.

His approach blends Mind Sciences, NLP, Hypnosis and NeuroSomatic Training, integrating both spiritual wisdom and modern psychology to create lasting personal and professional breakthroughs.

Today, Saqib’s mission is simple, to awaken the inner strength that people often forget they possess. Through his workshops and coaching, he helps individuals reconnect with clarity, confidence and purpose. His teachings create measurable transformation by bridging research-based mind sciences with practical, life-changing tools that anyone can apply.

Journey

Before founding The Human Excellence Associates, Muhammad Saqib served in senior management and communication roles at different companies.

He continues his journey of Mind Sciences with the 9 to 5 job schedule. Delivered lectures in universities as visiting faculty member. Providing 1-1 support and conducting workshops on weekends.

He wrote 200 plus columns published in leading platforms. He interviewed more than 50 successful Pakistanis and cover their stories in his columns. He is also working with personnel with disability.

The Science of Inner Growth

During his years of leadership, he discovered that true transformation begins from within, through mastery of the mind, emotions, and energy.
That realization became the foundation of The Human Excellence Associates a platform that combines science, spirituality and self-discovery to help people evolve from within.
