Send us a short expression of interest with your institute name, location, the programs you offer and the programs you would like to run under SDC Karachi. Use the Online Accreditation Request form below. - 2
Review and Preliminary Assessment
Our team reviews your request and checks your institute profile, facilities, trainers and the courses you propose. We contact you if any extra information is needed. - 3
Physical Inspection by SDC Karachi Team
An SDC team visits your premises to confirm classrooms, labs, equipment, safety and trainer availability against our standards. - 4
Issuance of Partnership Letter
After a successful inspection, SDC Karachi issues a partnership letter confirming the courses you are approved to run. - 5
Partnership Fee
Your partnership becomes active once the partnership fee is submitted. Our team shares the current fee schedule during the process.
Post-Partnership Compliance and Reporting
Submission of First Trainees Information Report (FTIR)
When a batch starts, the institute submits the First Trainees Information Report listing enrolled trainees so that records and certification can be prepared.
Regular Monthly Attendance Reports
Partners send monthly attendance reports for every running batch. This keeps training quality and certificate eligibility on record.

Course Assessment and Certification Process
Assessment of Short Courses up to 72 Hours
Short courses are assessed through continuous evaluation by the institute, verified by SDC Karachi before participation certificates are issued.
Examination Process for Courses Above 72 Hours
Longer courses end with a formal SDC examination. Successful trainees receive the SDC certificate.
